yeah well everytime i roll them over to do another coat I find more imperfections... I should have just sent them out to have them done would have been much easier.

I have the same truck and was thinking of getting a toolbox similar to yours. Would you be able to post a side picture of the truck so I can see what it would look like? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
I'll give you my honest opinion on this box... it's junk. I've had 2 different latch set ups in this box and I've had to drill the rivets out 3 different times other than that... The problem with this box is the latch system runs across the box and is very flimsy. So if something in the box rolls into the latch system which is unguarded it gets stuck and you have to drill the rivets and latch out to free up slack to open the lid. If I were you I'd pony up the 500 bucks and get the weatherguard much better quality. I'll be swapping that one out for a weatherguard sooner rather than later.

Ah, that sucks, but is good to know. I was actually on TS site and a lot of different people gave their tool boxes below average reviews. Thanks for the response though!

Steps are finally on! and i have an appointment with Cartoyz on Saturday to get some tint put on! I wanted to go to JC motorsports because he is who I've dealt with in the past and I like his work however JC doesnt tint on Saturdays so the next best shop is them. I was also in a little fender bender 2 saturdays ago... So once I save up deductible money I'm going to have that fixed as well.

Long story short I was rolling down a hill and there was a stop sign at the bottom dude was going, and then decided to stop in the middle of the intersection, I couldn't stop and I nailed him. My fault in the long run... so much for low insurance rates....

Steps on!

Lol. Honestly man look at getting the bumper pulled by the body shop. It's not very expensive. I think I paid $100 to get it done on my last truck. I would've offered to fix his damage to keep insurance out of it.

Didn't know you had a build thread!

Bumper has a dent in it that is hard to see in pictures dent in facebar bumper=immediate replacement. If it was just as simple as pulling it I would have done it with the cumalong by now... I just want the truck perfect its my first nice vehicle ive ever had...

being in the insurance/autobody business i estimated his damage around 600 bucks... their adjuster wrote for 700... I coulda paid him on the spot for it, but i wouldnt of felt comfortable doing so knowing he could take my money and still fall back on my insurance if he wanted too...

Was waiting for this conversation to happen knowing you were an adjuster..hahaha I just knew it was going to happen.

Good job at a quick reaction time. Unfortunate that it was your fault, glad your vehicle didnt take too much damage.
