I know they did. Lol. I know how much my original ones set me back, and I wanna say Fuel is pretty proud of their wheels.
very proud.... and they have a proud price tag too.... the tires are really what made it expensive... the terra grapplers were nearly 300 a tire. also... that baseboard... not me.... i would never turn something out like that.

Yesterday was a sad sad day for me... Was waiting at a stop sign to make a left... creeped out past some construction barrels to see was not in the lane of travel. Dude was flying... he left 150 feet of skid marks and still hit me doing 30 mph. He moved my 7000lb truck 3 feet.... needs a bumper, upper valance, repair to the rad support, frame may be tweaked, new tire, and repair to the fender since it buckled in the impact. Had to take the bumper off just to get home. F150 one nissan zero....

A guy at work literally had the exact same thing happen in one of our work trucks. It's an f350 with a service box on it that probably weighs about 10000lbs. A guy slammed on his brakes and slid into the same side and did the same thing to the bumper. The car was totaled but they think the truck needs a headlight, fender, grill, rad support, radiator and bumper. It pushed it probably ten feet. That sucks though.... Hopefully your frame is ok.

if it's out it's only out a little bit. Should be able to cold straighten it back into place. This guy was doing like 60 in a 25 before he slammed on the brakes. Makes me sick. The adjuster is writing it tomorrow and I'll be getting in a rental truck for the weekend, and the duration of repairs. My buddy at enterprise says he's got a 2018 f150 for me... not complaining there.... Since I work out of the shop it will be getting fixed at it should go by quickly and I will have eyes on it everyday.... I really wasn't prepared for this and it is going to set me back a lot.

Well the lucky number was $5300 dollars in damages. Getting a new bumper with all new brackets, new upper valance, new lower valance, lower tiebar for the rad support, new tire, 3.5 hours of repair on the rail with a full set up and measure, new endcap on the frame, 2.5 hours of repair to the fender, all new splash shields on the left side, and a few other odds and ends. It didn't look that bad but a lot of little parts that added up at the end of it. Parts should be ordered by the end of the day tomorrow, hoping for friday, but it will realistically be sometime early next week more than likely.

quick update on where the truck is in repairs if anyone cares. We opted to repair the lower tiebar. replacing it would involve pulling the cab and i really am not about that. So they fixed that today, got all the replacement panels straight and mocked up on the front end.

Some pics of whats happening
Big ole pile of parts

all apart

new end is welded on.

in progress of the fender repair

all mocked up

it goes into the booth tomorrow, then onto reassembly, then to mechanical for the lower control arm, and hopefully alignment and wash on friday.

Bumper and upper valance got sprayed today, the hood and the fender will be sprayed tomorrow on the truck. Hopefully it will be put back together and through mechanical by noon time so it can get to the alignment shop and back by 5:30 tomorrow when I leave. I do not want to be in a rental this weekend.

I also took the old emblem and did some experimenting. Popped it open. Going to paint it. I already ordered the supplies from automotive touch up. I'll take the emblem off the other fender and tailgate tomorrow also.

Sucks about your truck getting hit Brother. Looks like it going back together nicely. No injuries, that's the only good thing about any accident!

The passenger of the car that hit me went to the hospital, but she had some pre-existing injuries. The paramedics on the scene recommended that she go just for precautions, but as far as i know she is okay. In other news I should be getting it back tomorrow. The truck was for the most part done on friday however it still needs to go to alignment and be cut and buffed. I'll be driving it home tomorrow night thank goodness.

Still no truck... It has been getting pushed off and pushed off... the reasoning was because i work there... well I had enough today started forcing it through. it sat at alignment from 9am until 3:00 only reason it made it out was i started making phone calls. still not cut and buffed. I parked it in the detailers bay before i left today so it will be first on the list for tomorrow. tired of waiting!
