Personally haven't seen aluminum bumpers.

I don't think I've seen a bumper with a tire carrier either. Generally it's a tailgate replacement tire carrier, or a bed mounted tire carrier. Maybe talk to Road Armor, MOVE bumpers, maybe even RCI?

Check with Ali-Arc if they have plans on coming out with bumpers for the 15'-17' year models.

Like said above, the bumpers, firewall and frame are steel on the 2015+ F150.
