Just my opinion, you do what you want, but I like the idea of the Thport wheels maybe going a bit darker, but not black. Maybe the next size up tire as well? TBH, truck looks great at it is.

Thank you. I like the idea of darkening up the sport wheels, I've been searching for a plasti dip or similar to get close to the new SE wheel color. Those are 35's and the driveway pic for some reason makes them look small.

LOL, 35's are just fine! Like you said, must be the drive or angle or something.
Seems I recall Jon using Peel Coat Anthracite on his other truck, looked darker than the OEM. Wonder what that PD Gunmetal looks like in real life.

Rustoleum peelcoat graphite would darken them up nicely, here it is on my 07. Got it at WalMart.

Soak your cans in hot water before spraying. The peelcoat flows better than plastidip in my opinion. 5 light coats and you will be impressed.

They look good and when I decide to step down in size there's a good chance I'll stick with that wheel. Good lookin truck.

Most any Walmart has it in the automotive section, not with the spray paint/house paint. I assume you have plastidipped before?
