Well got the absolute steal of the year this morning. Late 2018 platinum mirrors with temp sensor on pass side, power folding, BLIS, puddle lamps, and 360 cameras for 450 shipped. Guess this is the next project. Going to be adding Puddle lamps+ power folding mirrors + blis in the first half of the project. Phase 2 is going to be adding front camera + getting functioning 360 cameras from the mirrors. Then phase 3 I want to add adaptive cruise for sure and maybe active lane assist? Not too sure what's involved in adding the lane assist though. Picture of the new mirrors, gonna trash the chrome caps and figure out how to remove my PTM ones and get them on these.
As it turns out the first set of mirrors I ordered are for a 15-early 18 swap with the temp sensor in the grille. Going to be reselling those if anyone is interested. I ended up buying another set so hopefully those show up in good condition. As far as the part list though for the late 18 mirror swap with temp sensor in mirror and if anyone is curious here are the PN's needed. These harnesses support Autodim, blis, power fold, 360 cameras, puddle lamps, etc. The only part needed that is not in this list below is the driver side vent pod, which you can pickup one off of ebay. Also if you decide you don't want the spotlight button and module you can save about 80 bucks + Shipping. So total for this order I spent 360 bucks, but I also ordered 2 more door cable replacements because I broke one already lol. That was 25 bucks, so 335$ shipped to me from Tasca ford for everything. If you dont add the lights and dont need module or button, then you can save another 80. So about 250$ in parts if you're not looking to add those.
I know a few of you guys in here have Magnetic trucks, so would any of you be interested in my emblems? Gonna change up the color, and get an extra front one for when I add the front camera. They're Magnetic + lighting blue.
Unfortunately the above PN's were apparently wrong and I got new ones. Bad news being both door harnesses are on a national back order for the power folding mirror swap. Steve @ tasca said hopefully 2-3 weeks.
