Kicker and Alpine make some of the very best amps. I agree that Kicker speakers suck but their amps are top notch. Alpine has always been a leader with amps. I am an old audio guy from the 70's. I've had it all. I still do audio installs on anything now and then. Also a musician. I know electronics and I know music.
