Default 2017 Oxford White XLT FX4 Screw Build

Hello again gents!

I'm back after trading in my 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali for a 2017 XLT FX4 Sport Screw. After moving back to Michigan from Alaska and selling our 31' camper I didn't really need an HD Duramax 6.6L turbo-diesel truck anymore. And I really had the itch to get back into the F-One-Fitty.

I've had the truck for a whole week and here's what I have on order:
- BAK Revolver X2 rolling tonneau cover
- 20x9 XD Addicts in black with +18 offset
- LT275/65R20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2s
- Bilstein 5100s on all 4 corners (not sure what height I'll set the fronts on yet)
- Spray-in bedliner will be done tomorrow by the dealership

The new truck has the 3.5L EcoBoost, twin moonroof, 6.5' bed, nav, tailgate step (I'm getting old), max trailer tow, 302a, and the upgraded 20" wheels which I'll be selling along with the stock tires (both with less than 200 miles on them).

As for future upgrades, I'm thinking about the Raptor grill with the "FORD" on the front and ANZO headlights for now. Who knows where my mod addiction will take me after that.

Here she is:

Here's my old girl that I traded in:

Nice truck. Have you thought about getting th OEM LED headlights over the aftermarket?

Thanks! I'm not opposed to the OEM LEDs. I just thought that they were significantly more expensive. How much do they typically cost?

A grand. You could also retro fit. Whatever you choose, I'm sure it will be much better than what came on the truck.

Nice looking truck. As far as the LEDs, there's a thread going in the 2015+ section for some LED replacement bulbs for the halogen housings. For $40 it's a nice short-term upgrade between the awful OE halogens & a pricier upgrade like the Anzo or OE LEDs.

Nice! I wish the 6.5' bed was more common, I never see them for sale. Excited to see how your build goes!

LOVE the design of the driveway and the distance from the road. Very desirable and functional. GREAT looking truck. Can never go wrong with white, and that 6.5ft bed......yeah thats "haut"!

That's why I prefer the longer bed, more useful and looks great. Congrats
