Well, I was going off the information FOX gave me when I contacted them about a 2wd kit. I'd figured that meant there was some kind of mounting difference. Your comment made me want to dig further and it looks like the reason it's drive specific is that it will lift slightly higher than spec.

So I guess fox on all four corners is back on, I'll just need to get the adjustment spanner when I buy the set up.

Thanks for making me look deeper into why!

Now I just have to decide if ss lines and ebc yellowstuff pads are enough or if I really want to drop the $ on wilwoods...

Glad I could help. I thought that was the case

And winter came in like a wrecking ball yesterday, so my plan for giving the truck its first detail is out the window. Everything audio is done except waiting for the pillars to get finished and my ps8 to get here.

Time to make a brake decision and start searching for good deals on a fox set up. Too bad the raptor stuff won't work without more effort and parts than I want to buy...

Today was a lot nicer than Saturday, got truck mostly detailed but will get it waxed in the morning. My water is stupid hard, so a lot of stains to fight.

Time to wait for ps8 and rca ends to finish audio build and then it's time to tune and find suspension parts.

Well, thanks to sema, I found aftermarket wheels I'll only love from afar - http://www.rotiform.com/hur-w-24537.htm

Near $1500/wheel = yeah no.

I get the ps-8 tomorrow and all that's left before audio install dump is furutech rca ends and the pillars. And maybe getting the center console trim leather wrapped to match dash, a pillars and center console lid.

Then, fox shox and I think I'm done.

Getting things together to do a drop for the truck and wanted to put parts list up before I bought to make sure I wasn't missing or overbuying. I'm planning on a 2/4 total drop

Front:
Belltech 25007
maxtrac drop spindles 103220
Should I get the 1" maxtrac drop springs, too? Do I need them?

Rear:
Fox 985-24-004
McGaughy's flip kit 70039

TIA

Found a metalic flake plasti-dip, so hit all the non-bumper chrome with it. Grille after and before. Debating hitting the inner "mesh" with some black to make the rest pop out a bit more.

I'm debating doing the same gunmetal plastidip for the bumpers, too.

Truck looks good! Are you in the McKinney area? If you are maybe I'll see you around!
