So how hard is the disassembly of the Caliper so you can powder coat them? Would you need new seals or anything for reassembly? Any special tools needed?

Also assume you PC'd the blue and painted or decaled the Ford Performance logo?

my calipers are ALL powdered...even the "Ford Performance". Very detailed endeavor....
each caliper design has different break down procedures... and yes i would recommend a rebuild kit if the calipers are used. The kits are cheap enough to NOT skip out on it when prevention from an issue is best addressed while off the truck and freshly refinished. Tools needed to disassemble, again, depend on the type of caliper. For the most part basic hand tools. I do used a technique that involves compressed air from my compressor to remove the pistons. Multiple pistons in the same caliper is a lil tricky to remove at the same time but its doable.

+1 that shade of gold could look fabulous on Guard. The SE(??) wheels might not show a whole lot of the caliber though, 20” 15-17 Sport might be a different story.

Can you share how you plan to run the extra wire needed for the 3 full time running LEDs?

There are many ways to do this. I'm pretty stuck on OCD so for my truck I plan to run the extra wire to an area that I can tie into the CLS05 circuit. One could also use just about any ignition source so that the 3 LEDs will be illuminated day or night whenever the engine is running. I have a prototype that I'm working with for a more PnP setup.... we will see how it goes. I see no issues however

Just made it through every page of this thread. Actually found a link in another thread off topic...

I must say the build to date looks amazing! The craftsmanship is impeccable! I hope you are around the forum for a while! I might have some questions down the road...

Keep up the good work! I can't wait to see what else you come up with!
