Nope, sorry, no pdf
mounts by tension. Top left and right flanges tuck just under the tops of the B pillars, then you tighten the nuts to push the bar left and right creating tension. Doesn't move!

Gotta finish the small stuff 1st...
Ok, so with family gone, i turned my attention back to the unfinished interior doors. After the sound deadening was complete, I knew I still had to deal with the large holes in the doors that are the access panels for the window regulator and other inner door parts. Most people simply screw something down over these holes and deaden over it...I couldnt do that, though I hope I never have to deal with needing to have to go in there for a broken window replacement. My idea? Make a removable panel for each door that can be removed multiple times without worrying about the panel holding tightly as it did the 1st time it was installed. The answer I came up with was 1/4" ABS marine board and threaded rivnuts! I cant tell you how pleased I am with this solution. Made my templates out of 1/4" plywood and used them to router out the final part on the router table. I used aluminum rivnuts, rivnut gun, and machine pan head screws. On to the pics...
Rivnut gun and threaded aluminum M6 rivnuts
M6 threaded rivnuts installed in passenger side front door.
1/4" ABS marine panel installed on driver side door.
1/4" ABS marine panel installed on driver side rear door.

All door panels are back on the truck, the ambient lighting looks fantastic! Just have to finish the rear console panel. Body filler, shaping, sanding then paint. Will be done....for now with the interior. All parts for lowering the truck are now here. (a few parts were missing when I was going to lower it last week....had to stop or would have been a disaster

There's top quality work...and then there's this! Since I'll be doing some sound deadening in the near future, I have to thank you for these pics! I don't think I'll be quite as thorough as you, though. Again - great job and thanks for posting these!

Lol yeah just a lil. It is super quiet inside with all doors closed. Kinda weirdly quiet. If there is like a mosquito in there, I can hear it crystal clear. Makes it faster to find and eliminate! lol
I tapped on the rear bed side panels and man it sounds like a beer can. Tapped on all of the doors on the exterior and all you can hear is thud thud thud. I think I am pleased.....soooo much still to do. Thanks for stopping in!
