Without ruining your build....would it be possible to post a link where you got the alternator? I'm curious if it would be bolt up and plug and play with the 2.7 as well.

lol, for you, it's ok. This is from J2fabrication. My buddy Justin Wheeler. His work is amazing. Just found out that it will be closer to 315 amps. Just search J2fabrication and name drop. He will square you away!

The difference between one truck to another is more than just bolting on common mods...sometimes the devil is in the details!

My original pleather XLT class shiffter boot with grey stitching on one side......and my new custom suede shifter boot with red stitching on both side. Suede adds a sportier feel imho than just leather like most others stick with.

Also everyone has already seen my new custom seat covers, BUT they were FINALLY delivered today. Sooooo i will show what I started with as far as my panels, and what I have now. The tape over the center emblem hides what I am still working on. The chrome on the vents and the center armrest emblem will NOT remain. lol. Limited parts are rare and when you do find them, I guess they are proud of them. Got a KILLER deal on my Limited armrest but obviously it was the wrong color for my build. It is fixed. In the "after" pics the center ac vents are missing the chrome rings...lol I just didnt snap them into place.

The parts before being wrapped/rewrapped in leather

They are here...almost completed

Center armrest turned out great!!!

Also, after playing around with this for others...I decided since I have a heated steering wheel I might as well enable it sooooo I made one for my truck. Also was happy that I got to buy another specialty crimper because the raw connector for the heated steering wheel is a hybrid, using 2 different sized pins.

I’m curious to see what “mind blowing” secret is under that strip of painters tape on the armrest badge. Will be spectacular I’m sure!

Are you saying you have or can make a p'n'p harness for the heated steering wheel?
