No worries.. i guess you guys do things a little different on this forum. On most forums i've been that was the format. Thank you for this thread though.. it was one of the reasons that pushed me over the edge to lower my truck

not sure what you mean. I removed my running boards some time ago in favor of lower rocker panels.... I'll have pics to show what I mean soon.

the running boards themselves are held in place by 6 13mm nuts on each side iirc.

Nope....

had a few setbacks BUT I may still post some teaser pics. The setbacks will make this much nicer of a reveal. Some very unavoidable, out of my hand setbacks.
