Out of curiousity, why run new wires for the camera instead of just using the $13 OEM harness that plugs in behind the grill and adds a plug for the camera? I haven't had a chance to finish the wiring in the truck for my 360 camera install, but I installed everything on the outside and it was all plug and play.

Oh, and I forgot a promised a pic of my custom Billet Badges fender emblems awhile back... Here it is! 1.5"x8" is big enough to cover all the holes, in case anyone is wondering.

FL3Z14B242A is what I ordered. Credit goes to lucas8888, he has a pretty complete list of parts and write up on the install.

It looks very similar from what I remember, but hard to say without actually trying it and/or comparing wiring diagrams.

Thanks guys! Im in no hurry. Some of the other 2018 parts I ordered are also on back order til Feb 20th. So waiting is becoming less painful. what does this get plugged into that I don't need to run wires into the cab? Btw I just ordered it. $13.00 can't go wrong with that!

It replaces the sub-harness for your hood latch sensor and active shutters and adds a 3rd connector for the camera. The wiring is already run into the cab, but you'll need to add them to the other side of the engine bay harness.
