Installed mud guards and wheel well liners yesterday. Happy with the result but the posts out there are right, wrestling required to get the wheel well liners in correctly. Probably 40° yesterday, had liners inside over heater vents for a couple days before install and still required a lot of persuasion to get them sitting in the fenders properly. Wish I had time to install before a trip last weekend through Snoqualmie and Blewett Passes. Truck is filthy, new tires did great, lots of rain and some slush on the highways. Also felt solid over snow on gravel roads. Will post some pics once the truck is clean.
Sold stock sport wheels and tires for $700.
Think speakers are next up, posted in audio and have gotten zero feedback https://www.f150forum.com/f30/opinio...pgrade-375449/
Like to upgrade speakers only. Curious if Infinity Reference are worth the extra expense over Kicker CS series. Open to other options too if anyone has suggestions. Not looking to add a subwoofer or an amp. If the speakers on their own don't give us the improvement we want will consider a small amp such as the alpine power pack with an extra wiring harness.
Appreciate any input.

Trying to figure out if I'm good w these overlays or want to pay for actual painted emblems.
Most other mods have slowed down. Added the OEM tailgate assist, nice and easy. Also dropped in the rubbermaid organizer for the console. Seattle has had our nicest summer in years. Making our reason for buying the truck feel like a good one.
Next up will be speakers, after some advice here and recommendation from crutchfield, going w polk db+ 6x9s up front and 6.5s in the rear.

Crossed 5k miles 1 year to the day we purchased our truck. Other than having rear view camera replaced, under warranty, no issues.
Installed kicker hideaway, have to say tapping into rear speakers for sound this was an easy install. Sounds great w the polk db speakers I installed a couple months ago. Everything needed to install was included with the hideaway.
Grounded to driver side rear seat latch.
Ran power through hole I drilled in large grommet on passenger side, end of coat hanger poking through to pull wire.
Upgraded tag, cargo & reverse lights with bulbs from 4x4truckleds, great service from Adam.
For the cost not super happy w the mx4, will try to adjust a bit but feel like there are leaks where the panel seams are. Expect some moisture at cab and tailgate. Disappointed at what appears to be leaks at factory seams.
Think bilsteins are next on the list

3 covers later think I have a bakflip that's acceptable. Bakflip customer service is solid. 2nd cover had shipping damage. Going to take some permatex to the gaps on top in the panel corners under the side seal. Resealed the holes in the rails for the clips holding braces which hold the cover open w more plumbers tape.
Washed up the truck yesterday w a waxing to follow this morning.
Want to improve our boat towing experience. Ordered a set of bilsteins from stage3 Tuesday. Thought I would be waiting a while for the front. These all showed up Thursday.
Hopefully will install the rears tomorrow. Want to get measurements w the truck loaded and boat hooked up to ensure we aren't towing nose high once the fronts are put on. Imagine the decision will be between the middle 2 settings.
