I brought the truck in for two recalls on Monday of this week: left hand rear seatbelt buckle rivet, and some pivot in a front seat track.

Today, I noticed this:

I have no reason to believe it has anything to do with the service visit... but this is WAY too soon for something like this to happen under normal conditions. I'll have to drop into the dealer to see what they can do.
When you say pivot in the front seat track do you mean when you transition you weight from one way to another you feel the seat move or click a little bit? Mine does that and my 14 did it also. Asked my dealer about the 14 a few times and ultimately they ended telling me they couldn’t find anything wrong. Is this a recall on the 17’s? Thanks for the info!

I had no problems with either front seat. I brought the truck in for the rear seat shoulder belt fastener recall, and they performed that one, too--I didn't even know about it. You could probably find out on https://www.ford.com/owners/ which recalls apply to your truck.

Did you ask them about the horn button?

It wasn't apparent until 5-6 days after my visit. I'll bring it in next week & see what they say.

18,xxx miles

I brought the truck in & they took photos of the airbag. The warranty claim is approved and it'll be another 10 - 12 days waiting on the part.

At least you're not one of the billions waiting on a takata air bag... Some have been served a recall and waited 3-4 years...

I brought the truck in yesterday for driver's side airbag replacement, due to the cracking in the cover exhibited in the photos above. They advised that the air filter could use replacement... I'll probably do that on my own at some point soon.

How did yours look? I changed mine at 15k and it was almost black!
