I attempted an installation of the Autospring 2" Add-A-Leaf last night, on the ground, using a floor jack and jack stands. I got the block out and the spring in place in the leaf pack, but I couldn't drop the axle enough to get the new alignment pins in. After three hours, I had everything put back as stock. I'm going to have to have a shop do it.
Otherwise, I'm just stocking the truck for Irma. We're not likely to have to evacuate, but it's easier than putting gear in our apartment.

I brought the truck in to have the Autospring AAL installed and had the stock rear blocks removed. They state an effective lift of 1.5-2". If you figure in removal of the 1-1/4" stock block, I netted 1-7/16":
Mods..................Front.....Rear......Rake
Stock.................37.125....39.75.....2.625
+ 2" spacer, Decked...38.75.... 39.0625...0.3125
+ wheels & tires .....40.1875...40.25.....0.0625
+ bumper & cargo......39.75.....39.5625..-0.1875
+ AAL, - stock block..39.75.....39.875....0.125
So, I'm back in the black on rake, and back to being higher than stock in the rear. I'll take better measurements on level ground at some point. If I do any adjusting, it'll be to add a 1" block to the rear, and it won't be until after I add the topper to make sure everything's settled.

13,xxx miles
On Saturday morning, we woke up early and saw the updated predictions for Irma had it coming directly into Tampa as a category 4. We set out at about 4:45am and didn't hit traffic until we were well into Georgia. The last 120 miles took about the same amount of time as the first 350.
I'm really pleased with the way the truck performed on the trip. Above all else, the 36-gallon tank really saved us. I had filled my tank days before the storm hit and conserved gas in between, so I left nearly full. We passed the first two rest areas going north and didn't need to get gas at all. We filled up in Atlanta before leaving yesterday (9/11) and did not stop (an impressive feat with a toddler) until we got home. I did loop around four exits off the highway to try to fill up so I wouldn't have an empty tank at home, but every place we stopped was out of fuel. Currently, my DTE shows 3 miles. I'm hoping the stores reopen here and the pumps are restocked today.
The only trouble I had was with the driver-side wiper. We came through what was left of the storm between Atlanta and Valdosta yesterday. The wind and rain was pretty heavy, and it seems like the wiper got pushed out of alignment. Its upward travel goes past the glass and onto the A-panel, causing an annoying knock each time it hits. It might be time for some Bosch Icons and an adjustment.
As a treat to the truck, I ordered 10 quarts of Mobil 1 5W-20 yesterday and plan to get a detail this week or over the weekend. I'll post photos later on.

I upgraded Sync3 to v3.0 this morning. It didn't take long. The user interface seems slightly faster.

The Platinum inserts I bought off eBay. There are several threads about them on these forums.

I've been wondering how long it would take for truck to tell me to change the oil, but I didn't bother checking the manual. I've just been watching the oil life indicator drop slowly. At 5%, I got the "Change Engine Oil Soon" message on the dash. I added 7.7 quarts of Mobil 1 5W-20 and a new filter. I used aluminum foil on the two filter drain channels to avoid the mess I made of the skid plate last time.
