Default 2016 4x Screw - Heavy Audio & Mild Off-Road Upgrades

Hi. Fairly new here but done a fair amount of reading.

Picked up my brand new 2016 F150 about 10 weeks ago, just clocked 11,000 miles so I've broken it in a little.

It's a
2016 Magnetic Grey XLT
4x4, 2.7Eco, 3.55's w/rear e-loc
Crew Cab, Short Bed
302 package w/nav, moonroof and grampa step on the tail gate.

Here's a pic or two from when I picked it up in April.

I took it out to the desert, in the rain on the 3rd day of ownership and seriously regretted not having proper matts, wheel well liners etc.

I have since added the weather tech floor liners front & back, Syppo tow mirrors and just got my ARE Z-Series installed yesterday.

New Syppo tow mirrors

Front shot with tow mirrors

Clearance lights on tow mirrors

LMI 2.5-inch seat lift bracket, actually this was the unneeded bracket.

Built Right seat release

ARE Shell

I have future plans for a small lift/leveling, wheels, definitely some larger tires, maybe different bumpers. We'll see where the wife unit cuts me off.

In the meantime, the next major project is the sound system. Here the equipment list I have so far, most of it was taken from previous builds of mine:

Stock SYNC3 head unit, with nav.
Alpine H800 processor with RUX controller
2x Alpine PDX-V9 5 channel amps (one for each side)
Morel 424 pointsource midrange/tweeter for dash pods or pillars.
Either Stereo Integrity TM65 Midbass's or Peerless SLS8's if I can fit them.
2x Stereo Integrity BM MKIV 12-inch subwoofers.

I ordered a slightly customized box from Rodneysboxes on Ebay and it just arrived today, quite impressed with it although I may do a little more work to it before installing.

The rest of the fab work, fiberglass etc I'll probably be doing myself unless I get really lazy, erhm I mean busy.

I'm really looking for some ideas on the pillars, has anyone done a 3" or larger midrange in these pillars? I've been looking on all the sites I know of and so far really haven't seen anything. I can tell wrapping is going to need stitching due to the handle, unless I shave the grab handles off. If anyone out there is hiding some nice pillar or dash pod work, let me know.

Good looking truck so far! How are the mirrors working out for you? Any issues?

Overall very happy with them. The spot lights/puddle lamps are very dim compared to the factory ones but that's not the end of the world. One of the lower convex mirrors had a dimple but Syppo was helpful about it and shipped out a replacement glass quickly. There is a little wind noise coming through the sail panel, I'm going to pull it apart later and see if I can resolve that.

For the cost difference between factory and these I can deal with that. They handle the huge blind spot that the factory smaller mirrors leave, this may not be the case for everyone but at least for my driving position I was having a really hard time checking my drivers side blind spot. This is my 3rd Ford truck and the first time I had that issue.
