Finally got some time to throw on my flebay flares. This white shows everything, and I've already gotten a few rock chips on the doors. I was going to get some duraflaps but after reading of how they are very stiff, I just picked up some schucks flaps, suprisingly made in America.
looks good, practically identical to mine. but definitely needs some FX heads and tails in my opinion. 2nd best mod Ive done on my STX after swapping in an XLT jump seat (dont like the full console, but wanted the cup holders and center storage cubby)
Initial impression, unimpressed. Granted it was only a street drive. It barley softened speed bumps that I hit around 25-30, but it wasn't bad before. I guess the real test will be the next time I hit some logging roads. The main reason I got them was hoping they would soak up the bumps that make my bed shake, they did nothing for that.
