well, Happy belated thanksgiving to y'all! we went to the east coast, and i'm in New Jersey hoping to catch up with the Full-Race guys and see their operation. Geoff has been very helpful along the way, while i've spent thousands on engine mods from them. the only possible thing i could do more would be a built bottom end on the 3.5L i have yet to install the turbos and high flow/cooling radiator. they're just sitting in boxes. But since I havent even had the truck, thats just the way of things.
apparently Mark at Mcnail racing went down to their shop yesterday and will be test driving it for today and tomorrow, and hopefully dropping it off to me this week. I actually can't even F*%#ing believe it. i mean---august 17th. WOW thats a minute ago. so, after all this, i hope to post some videos of the thing actually driving! but i do still need to do the front suspension, which will be another $10k, so big air is gonna have to wait a while. at least for now i'll be more than happy to have my truck to drive, and not a friend's loaner, or the shop beater. this has been longer than i had feared, so be warned- if you do a full cage, no matter what they tell you, if you're not visiting the shop a couple times a week, it's gonna take 3 months. or longer. more photos later this week!
