I can pull the part numbers for you when I get home, but it was a giant PITA finding blocks to fit our trucks cause only the F150s have two pins on the blocks so our blocks are "special" and cost more. Then I had to track down compatible U bolts. Bought both on Amazon once I found the part numbers. It was $200 shipped for both. I like rake, so I'm gonna get a 2.5" AAL at some point to go with it. 8" up front and 7.5" ish in the back. Wanted 6" replacement springs, but install cost too much right now (even though it's really easy and I could do it myself in an hour).
