I absolutely love your truck, I would love to do this to my 2011 F-150 Extended Cab, which I bought about 2 months ago, but sadly its only 4x2

At this point I would leave the appearance decals. They separate the truck from the rest of the black F150's and you are going to have a ghost line effect with fading on the paint.

A good detailer can fix it but I've had to go as far as wet sanding to remove ghosted decals on cars.

I say leave it. I love how subtle it is since your truck is black with black striping. And like 96grimreaper said, you'll probably have that ghost line which can be a pain to fix.

Thank you! Hey there’s nothing wrong with lifting a 2wd. Do what you want with YOUR truck!

An eBay brand to be honest with you. I made sure they were hubcentric and 6160 aluminum (I believe that’s the type). I’ve heard that type of aluminum is the kind you want to go with. I think they were $80-90.

It has started! Ran out of daylight unfortunately. Got the drivers side fender on and lined up near perfect. Got the passenger side on, but have to adjust it to line up a little better. More pics tomorrow!!

So here’s what the fitment looks like so far. All of it needs adjusting don’t worry though, I’ll get it done by the afternoon

It’s not perfect, but it sure looks good! Once I get around to having them painted, I’ll see if the shop can line the seams up a little better. Now I think I need a bigger cargo rack
