2012 f150 fx4
So I picked this black beauty up today....traded in my 2001 for a 2012 FX4, so this is going to be my official "build thread" for my new-to-me truck!
The first mod I'll be doing is installing all new interior and exterior LED's and possibly HID's (I'm unsure about the HID's yet). I would also like to do red interior glow under the seats, as well as ambient white lighting for when a door is opened.
Out with the old, in with the new!

First mod: LED lights inside and out
Comparing reverse lights, left is LED, right is original. The LED is much brighter in person!!

Awesome looking truck man! I almost bought the extended cab version of your truck, but went with a Blue Flame FX4 instead. How are you liking the appearance package?

Plasti dipped the top of the windshield in order to get that "brow/eyebrow", and it looks...not too bad! From the inside, blocks out the sun and I like the look. On the outside (seeing as it was my first time ever doing it) it looks alright. I'll drive around with it for a couple of days, and see how I feel about it!
