The last thing will be tow mirrors, the FX4 stripe down the side and the 2013 grill.
***UPDATE*** So after some thinking.. i went ahead and did full FX4 conversion. Here are some pictures of the progres.
Phase 1 = getting the bumpers wraped.

The last thing is the towing mirrors, and possibly the hockey stripe down the side and on the hood.

**UPDATE** Bad life decisions happened in the last few months and i decided to get rid of my F-150.... It is a decision that i very much regret and wish i would've never done it.... I miss my truck every day and i want it back.... I have a brand new 2016 Honda Civic Touring (Equivalent of a Lariat) and I hate it.. The sales people pressured me into buying and got me good... I WANT MY TRUCK BACK..!

I know it sucks but just embrace it for a while. Those little honda's can be really fun to race around in. Make the best of it and enjoy the MPG. Put some suspension on it, some grippy tires, and then go auto-cross it. You'll soon learn to love both!
