Cool 2011 Platinum build

Hey guys, I finally decided it was time to start a "build" thread on my truck. I haven't posted more than a couple times on the site. I've been spending most of my time researching and looking at all of your trucks, lot of great stuff on this forum btw. Anyway, back in June of 2012 I was lucky enough to get ahold of a used 2011 Platinum EB in white tri-coat with 35k miles. Initially I didn't plan on doing a lot to it because it has everything a guy is looking for but we all know that doesn't last.

From the start I knew I wanted a black on white theme so I plastidipped all my badges and entire grille, also removed the 4x4 stickers on the box. Yes, this stuff is cheap and looks ok, not great. My plan is took remove all the badges and grille and paint them tuxedo black. My grille has changed a couple times from being completely blacked out to just the inner shell being black. What do you guys think looks good on this truck?

Then I went to this....

My biggest mod is the AS 2.5/3" level kit, I installed it on 4-6 and love the results. I also picked up some new badges to take the place of the ecoboost ones.

Up next is a set of black ballistic jesters (20x9 -12 offset) wrapped in some federal 35x1250x20's. They should be here in a week or so.

Misc. Mods: 8k HID heads and fogs, led switch back turn signals, leds front to back, USB2 mod....

Thanks for looking!

I'm really torn between ptm and tuxedo black on the emblems and grille. I have all black wheels on the way so I'm not sure how well the badges will go with them if there's some chrome in there. I've also thought about a mix of ptm and black, tough decision.

I have some 09+ badges that I did a "matte" black in and the inside did the "oxford" white and I really like them, They would look good if you get paint to match. Not sure on the color of yours.

Do you have a close up pic of your badges? I didn't see any in your build thread.

Got my wheels and tires in the other day and finally got the chance to put them on today. Still have a little trimming to do up front, I get a little rubbing at 3/4 to full lock.

Truck is real dirty at the moment, been real cold here the past couple days. I'll post new pics on Sunday when the I get the chance to wash. Still have some trimming to do up front

Wheels are ballistic jesters 20x9 20's, -12 offset, and 5.5" backspacing. Tires are federal couriaga 35x12.50's.

I need to thank member DavidSchlot822 for the inspiration and help.
