Exactly anything aftermarket you're going to have to modify it in some way to get a perfect fit. Truck looks great by the way.So does yours fx4phil.

FX4phil - truck looks great!

I understand the need for fitment but I'd obviously like to minimize that labor as much as possible. I'm hoping Fiberwerx is better off than Glassworks because the Raptor owner I bought my OEM fenders from put Glasswork fenders on his truck. Granted it looked like he rattle canned them white and threw them on the truck, the fitment was absolutely unacceptable as far as I'm concerned.

Any feedback on McNeil products compared to Fiberwerx?

Best bet is to get oem panels. The fenders are on evay all the time for about 800 per pair. I pieced together all oem panels for about 5000. That included a complete box so there was no labour swapping box sides.

You won't be able to get the raptor oem bedside fenders for a 6.5' bed.

Well at least the front will line up properly. Box sides are alot less work and easier to hide imperfections

This is right FX4phil,
You need perfect FRP front fenders to ease installation where those are time consuming to fit.
Bedside are long parts where there are also plenty of room and play to have them to fit.
Suggestion: Don't make my mistake! Rear FRP bed fenders should be adjusted from the read up to the cabin. Take time to ajust them with your rear panel door, then trim their front with the fron of the bedt. I used 3M aeronautic grade epoxy with some stainless pops rivets to attach those beds fenders solidly. It worked greatly!
I also needed to close the gap of the rear wheel well with some aluminum sheeting in order to close the gap with those retrofit Raptor rear fenders.

Truck still running very well. Glad I have those fiberglass fenders! Winter here is very salty like you can see on the picture!
Now at 140K Kilometers, only mechanics I did since was the replacement of the timing chain and a lousy turbo. So far so good!
I'm getting bored not doing anything in mechanics…
Just bought a salvage F150 2016 XLT 5L FX4 with only 3K kilometers on it (almost new). Will go in my garage this next fall/winter for another conversion & supercharger upgrade. Will show built on another thread and let you know guys,
