Default 2011 f150 ecoboost engine trouble

Good day everyone. I just got my truck back from having the motor rebuilt. Motor sounds good but when I drive it it seems the engine is building rpms but truck is not responding with power. Also not building more than 5 psi boost. When having a motor rebuilt does it require re flashing the motor? Just seems like the computer doesn't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Check to make sure that the intercooler pipes are connected. Sounds like a low boost issue.
