I was just impressed with how tall it was. Looked like 10-12 inches on 40x15.5 tires. Gaudy as hell but there's only two other nice lifted trucks in the area, they both look to be lifted 6 inches on 35s, ones a brand new body style in black and the other is one generation older.
The Porsche was absolutely beautiful.

Recently got a 5% windshield strip done, and I love it. It really makes me want to go to 5% all around. Its just far enough down to not get in my line of sight, but it blocks out the sun very well.

Finally got the HIDs into the H7 Projector Spyder headlights. These lights are a very big improvement over the OEM Ford halogens, but compared to my dads OEM HIDs they can use a little work. Definitely a viable option for those of you with Halogen headlights that want a stylish headlight with fair output (using HIDs) for a great price.

Low beams on a downhill.

Low beams in a neighborhood.

High beams in the same location as the last picture.

Went to the UConn Car Show yesterday, but I didn't take any real photos because I wanted to enjoy the show with friends. However, I do have some photos from before, and a couple of really cool long exposures from after.

Edited photo for Instagram

At the show posted up next to a fully built Cummins.

Nice truck. I'm in the same boat. Purchased a 2012 Ford F150 XLT 4x4 with low miles and in excellent shape. I'm watching your mods for ideas on mine. Mine didn't with the fender "splash" decals, which I like. I'll be adding similar ones later.

Thanks for your detailed input!

Congrats on the new truck! This forum has really helped shape the vision I have for this truck, and it's cool seeing what others have done and taking bits and pieces from here and there.
The most commonly asked question is where I got those Raptor graphics for the bedsides and I wish I had an answer for everyone, but they were on the truck when I bought it. I should've asked the previous owner haha

Spent some time over the weekend and laid a satin black vinyl strip on the tailgate to emulate the platinums, and since I pulled all the badges off I'm painting the tailgate F150 badge and getting some custom wrapped emblems from Moody Blue.

I'm taking opinions on wether or not I should keep the tailgate strip, I'm really not sold on it yet.

Also painted the edges of my tail lights which I vowed never to do again because it was a huge pain. They ended up coming out alright, with only a few issues I couldn't really resolve, and they look great on the truck.

Haha it really sets the truck apart from others around here. It was there when I bought the truck stock and I decided to keep it after seeing the truck with bigger tires and all; it just fit the look better.
