Default The thriftyF150 build

So I thought I would start a thread for some of y'all like me who don't have a ton of dough to drop on their truck. I don't want a mall queen, but I also won't be rock-bouncing every weekend. Daily driver, trying not to void my warranty, but want a truck that I like to look at and that can keep up with my friend's 4runners and Tacos and whatnot on mild to moderate trails.
I also have an instagram set up: thriftyf150
Don't forget to like and subscribe! LOL
I will try to give my honest experiences. Reach out if you have any questions or suggestions!

Where it started... the first 2 pics are when I picked up the truck in 2019... And the last one is me trading it in for a 2020 a year later. You always need a reference on how you started so you can tell how far you've come.

Default Rough country leveling kit

First significant mod. A #roughcountry 2" leveling kit. The kit worked great, I have no complaints, especially for the $50-ish I spent on the parts. A HUGE word of caution on the installation, though. The front end of late model f150s needs to have a vacuum pulled before anything gets undone, or else your hubs will later destroy themselves by suddenly engaging on the highway. Ask me how I know. Make SURE your installer knows this. I didn't want to insult the shop when I dropped it off. I wish I had said something.
Between the level, all terrain tires and air dam delete, I lost about 1mpg.

2 Inch Leveling Kit | Molded | Ford F-150 2WD/4WD (2009-2022) | Rough Country

Man white trucks are so cleeeeeeean! Sharp!

What motor do you have?

Also, I think those are the best looking stock wheel but I might be biased as I put them on mine.

Thank you! I probably wouldn't have picked white at first, but it has grown on me for sure! I have the 3.5 ecoboost. I love it! And I agree on the wheels. I'm actually pricing out getting a 5th so I can have a full size spare.
