Big update!!
Truck is almost all back together. I primed the motor, filled all the fluids up and started it. Started on the first crank! Unfortunately, my OBX exhaust pieces didn't clear the transfer case and my buddy who can weld wasn't around so I couldn't do any of my exhaust. After the initial break in I changed the oil and filter, filled it back up and drove it for about 10-15 Miles. It's running a tad rough. Seems like I have an exhaust leak at the head on the driver's side, possibly a COP failed or not fully connected, and some slight additional tuning needed. I'll post the link to the startup video I took tomorrow once I upload it

It's not a worthwhile project without a couple of hiccups. You will get it straightened out.

looking good!
I can't wait to start working on my Dad's '03 4x4 to Lightning conversion in a couple of months.
We have almost all of the parts collected and ready to assemble on an extra longblock.
His will be mostly stock Lightning stuff though. No aftermarket upgrades...so far.
