Default 93 F150 Farm Truck

I bought myself a 93 f150 off a farm a few days ago. its pretty beat but it was 800 bucks and I couldnt pass it up. Its a 4.9l straight 6 with a 5 speed manual tranny. 4wd and it works great.

Brining it home.

Second day home started to see what needs replaced.

Third Day I started stripping it down and getting it ready for the new parts.

Found a new bed for 100 bucks

Built some cab mounts in shop class. very front driver side is rotted off.

Yeah i know about the hole in the weld lol. the kid who turned the tanks on had the gas at like 15psi instead of like 20-25.

Also I got the front end parts in today from napa.
-F250 coils
-Wheel Bearings
-Tierods
I found all the shock laying around in the garage so Im good there.

Ordering brakes and rotors tomorrow.

Has anyone heard of a rear disc brake conversion or rear axle with disc swap in these trucks? I did a ford 8.8 in my ranger and I like the rear disc brakes alot.

Ordered rotors and brakes today. Should have them by the end of the day. Going to put shocks on the rear when I get home and start putting the gas tank back in. And pull the radius arms off and change the bushings

New rotors are on! Wheel bearing pressed in!
So close to being finished.

Fixed the holes in the tail gate and patched some rust at the bottom. Not to worried about how it looks but it's better than holes.

Right on, this is a nice fun one it looks like. I wish I had the ability to just do things and not worry about them being 100% to my liking. This would be a fun project.

Can't wait to see more.

Got everything in the front end replaced. My bro gave me the shocks off his F250 cause he got new opes for free.

Rear Shocks are ready to go!!

Had to buy a new shackle and crap the old one I found out was cracked.

Well the furnace broke in school today so I cant melt the aluminum for the shifter just yet. Probably gonna be a week or so.

Well I got my brake lights in and all working.
Also got my new speakers put in.

While I was at it I pulled the old radio.

And got the new one put in.

Also I am getting a new front bumper in the near future. Its not chrome but Im just gonna paint it black or truck bed line when I paint everything else.
