Got a brush guard for the truck, $40. Not sure if i want to put it on yet but it was cheap and they are rare. I would trade/sell for a grill guard still. Getting a rear slider window this weekend and 2 1/2" duals on tues. got new bigger mirrors amd window visors installed. Pics tomorrow.

Yup finally someone got it. Its a 1969 Hurst/Olds. Got the olds 455 under the hood. Its like a copo chevelle. Gm had banned anything over 400 ci in midsize cars until 1970. So 1 year early you got a 455 with a ram air set up, the hurst dual gate shifter and all the goodies including the rear wing (which didnt come out till 1970 on the cutlasses and 442s.) not sure if its real but it looked good thats for sure.

The lmc mirrors are a lot bigger than the roundish oem ones. To me they are perfect. Not huge tow mirrors and not the tiny original mirrors. Also got the stainless window visors.

Put a non cracked ford grille emblem on my truck from my other non chrome grille. Just like the American flag flying high, gotta keep that ford emblem shining blue! Also a little something extra...

Better video soon.

Also put in new spark plugs. Cyl 4 and 8 were a major pita as expected. Im thinking of ditching my a/c... Another thing to not get in my way. Right now it has a leak and i dont use it. Its the hottest it will get all year right now and im fine without it. What do you guys think? Is the a/c good when it works? Cold or not that great?

I would love if my AC worked but I live in the south. Where you live it might be a good idea to keep it just for the heater. I know I wish I had mine even in Louisiana.

I live in the south and we have like the same truck. My ac works fine. Does yours just need charging or a new system?

It just doesn't work at all I don't know. Might be a power issue but I've never pulled the truck apart to find out. Seem to remember it working when I bought the truck but stopped completely soon after.

Red If the AC in your truck works I would keep it, in the winter the defroster uses the AC coil to remove moister from the truck. Other than that the choice is yours to keep or remove.
Snaggletooth My AC has a pressure switch that is intermittent so I have AC when the system wants me to, like when the temp is 70 degrees. So for now I use the 2/60 standard (for those who do not know 2 windows down/ 60 miles per hour)
