I am the new owner of the truck and I must say I absolutely love it. I flew into Boise to pick the truck up and immediately drove it cross country to Virginia. Planning on 4 linking the rear end first of the year. Will post pictures.

That's awesome! Keep us in the loop if you don't mind.

Will do. Took it to the beach yesterday and it worked great. I've been messing with the suspension. It seemed quite firm so I lowered the pressure in the reservoirs, lowered the compression on the shocks a good bit, and bumped up the rebound. Left the bump stops and coilovers alone. Seems to be a lot smoother over rough stuff and took some smaller jumps really well but any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Going to do 3.0 coilovers in the rear when I 4 link it which should make it even better offroad.

Sounds like you're going to enjoy the truck! Glad you're staying on the forum and keeping up the thread. Congrats on the new truck!

I'm glad it's working well for you. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will step in and give some advice.

That's cool, must have been an interesting drive home. I'll be a lot of people along the way have never seen a truck like that, and might have thought it was some sort of UFO. I'm assuming that Prerunners are pretty rare on the east coast, as opposed to here in CA. Have fun with it, it looks like a great truck.

It definitely turns heads out here. A lot of people come up and ask what it is. Messed with the tuner a lot the last day or two as well and it's much quicker. Put it on the 91 tune and then added 1.5 degrees of timing. Also set it to stay in gear as long as the tuner will let me through 3rd and put the shift firmness through 3rd at the highest level. Lastly I bumped up the idle speed so it sits around 900 to get rid of the lag out of the whole. All in all it made quite a difference.

Sadly the truck is now for sale again. I love it and would like to keep it but moving is forcing me to downsize my toys. If anyone is interested in can be contacted at carrejb@gmail.com or my cell is 256-361-7561. The price is 16k which is exactly what I payed for it.
