Got the bed set back on today. Not bolted down yet just sitting there

Yeah I know. Think I might wait on the tires though. I'm hoping to do an engine swap soon and wanna save some money for that. I want my truck to be unique so a 302 is gonna in as soon as I can. Don't know when that will be though

looks good man, have you thought of a 6.8 swap to be really unique?

Hasn't crossed my mind. I have a friend that has a 302 ready to be rebuilt so I think I'm gonna stick with that. The 6.8 would be pretty sweet to have though

Yeah its still got a bit of a rake but I plan on building a heavy back bumper so that may help. Haven't messed with torsion bars yet at all but it may happen soon. Just have to replace axle seals in the back and fix the brakes and it'll be all good to go. At least drivable until the next big mod I want to do

Thanks guys. Found out I didn't need the axle seals done yet and I got the brakes fixed. Cranked the torsion bars and got rid of the rake mostly. Gonna get my seats reupholstered and new speakers for the back for my birthday. Hopefully gonna do those in a few weeks
