THMotorsports FAIL
So I get on the phone and called THMotorsports yesterday. I told the guy that I needed some Gorilla hex head lug nuts for my new 2013 Raptor wheels. I was thinking this would be a no-brainer for them to know which ones I needed and get the deal done right then and there.
The sales person response to me was that I would have to tell him what ones they are. I told him what I knew, that they were M14X2.0, acorn bulge lug nuts. He then proceeded to tell me again that I would basically need to know what part number of Gorilla lugs I needed. His attitude came across that he did not care to look anything up or be helpful to me.
I thought THMotorspots being a vendor here, that I would purchase through them, but with that poor of customer service, I will be making my purchases elsewhere.
