Default Bought a intake off ucgolfer

I asked for a tracking number Saturday when it was suppose to be shipped, guy has not replied and I have not recieved the intake. I started a dispute with paypal to hopefully get his attention. But man, getting tired of this.

So he finally contacted me and threatened to get the FBI involved. I told him once I received the cold air I will cancel the dispute. He told me do as I please and hope I have a cheap lawyer. I'm not the type to screw anybody over but this seems shady as ****.

Good luck with PP. If he empties the account you're screwed...even if you win. Your best bet is if you used a credit or debit card to file a dispute with your bank. I learned this the hard way after putting a $500 deposit down on a car from ebay. I got .06 back from PP as that is what he left in the account. Luckily my bank reimbursed me the other $499.94.

Get FBI involved for what? lol And lawyer over an intake? Ha.

I would do exactly as you are so far. Opened the dispute and if intake arrives in good shape, cancel it. Otherwise keep it going as PP will give him a week to respond / provide tracking then escalate to PP decision.

I mean I will gladly cancel this dispute. I gave him my phone number and told him to feel free to text me. I sent him a few messages and even left a visitor message with no reply. He said it sent out Monday. Only reason I opened this dispute was because I never got a reply. This was the first message I received from him.

Are you kidding me!? Are you some type of a fraud!? You file a PayPal claim without ever contacting me or filling a dispute, that's pretty shady!! Not even 5 business days after you pay!? You payment cleared on Saturday the 9th at 5:35pm your item shipped parcel post on Monday the 11th as the Post Office closes at noon on Saturday and is not open on Monday. I agreed to pay shipping, not tracking, not insurance etc. I will wait until the 9th day and provide the information necessary to close the PayPal claim in my favor. What is wrong with the CAI!? Should you not remove you PayPal claim within 24 hours, I will consider it that you are attempting to perpetrate a fraud and will file criminal complaints with the US Postal Inspector and FBI, I'll remind you that using the any form of interstate communication (Internet, cell phone etc.) for the purpose of fraud no matter what the value of the item is a felony under federal law, additionally and similarly to use the US Postal Service to commit the same is an addition felony at the federal level. Lastly I will be reviewing my interaction with you in detail on the forum.

Parcel is very slow shipping, don't know how far you are from the seller but I would wait until Tues or Wend to get excited. The PO was closed last Monday

Intake came in yesterday. Thanks golfer, dispute canceled. Intake mass air flow sensor location is a little ear up and weathered. But no biggy.

You seem to be very paranoid. You should have agreed on details and contact numbers before making any payment.
The seller and also paypal should not be held in contempt due to your lack of proper procedures.

Sorry, second time buying something off a forum. Obviously it's sorted out so no worries.
