I am posting this to warn not to use Levittown Ford for parts. Initially, I was a huge proponent of their services until I had an unbelievably terrible experience with returning items.


After purchasing parts to perform a console conversion for my 2016 F150 I chose to go another route. I was told to return the items in the original packaging which I did. It took over 10 days after they received the items to inform me that they were not going to refund my investment for the shifter and the shifter cable. Their reason was that it was not in the original packaging. However, I returned them the way I received them wrapped in plastic. I never took them out of the plastic wrap.
They finally informed me that they would not refund my credit card and would ship the parts back to me.


I asked for the owner's email so that I may inform them of this horrible customer service experience and they refused to send me his email.


I have since reached out to Ford to report their actions.


Please use Tasca or another reputable supplier.


DO NOT USE LEVITTOWN FORD.

Yes, I did get them back still wrapped in plastic.
