Paypal already was reviewing the transfer before I did anything, props to them. I went ahead and escalated it to a claim. He actually provided a tracking number to paypal but as of right now it's invalid in the ups system.

Alright, it looks like paypal sent him an email, yesterday the 11th and he responded with a tracking number, so it may be too new of a tracking number to track it yet. Let's see if others with disputes get a tracking number. Maybe we should push this back a day until tomorrow, the 13th?

I've banned him from the site. I see from the other post here that he sold the same item twice. No one will be receiving anything from him PM wise here.

Please take all matters up with payPal. He had his chance with 4 days to respond.
