Hey Matt, I did the "paracord and key-ring" seat release a while back on my 2017. Well, while I questioned the difference in your kit and my $2 kit, its a no brainer. People, order this kit, it is quality, works perfectly and looks amazing! (got it as a Christmas gift from the in-laws) Such a nice and unique modification for our trucks! Thanks for inventing it.

Thank you! I'm glad you've used both and prefer our kit!

Great in-laws, by the way!

Matt

I installed the rear seat back release n my 2018 Platinum a couple of days ago. The release is a quality product and installed inn about 5-10 minutes counting looking for my TORX bit. It works great and I'm more than satisfied with the purchase.

Default Builtright Products: SOLID

I'm skeptical of things I purchase online. Most things that appear to be useful turn out to be crap. In my experience, it's hard to find products that actually fulfill their intended purpose, and, if they do at least that, do it robustly. I'm so impressed by Builtright's bedside rack system, I want to assuage the fears of like skeptics that are looking for a well-designed bed accessory attachment system but are fearful of being disappointed.

I needed a good, and sexy, way to mount a ten-pound fire extinguisher, and ten-pound Power Tank in the bed of my 2017 F250. This is a work truck, not a holiday machine. I need robust functionality that can handle regular use, and I want it to look smart without having to drill or cut factory sheet metal. I found Builtright and ordered one piece of their front bedside rack mounts to evaluate. I can tell you with conviction that this is a solid product. Its features are well designed. It levrages and preserves the factory BoxLink mounting provisions and removable attach point. It's not flimsy; this thing is stiff enough to hold twenty pounds of fire extinguisher in place and steady through some fairly head-banging terrain.

It may seem silly for me to be so impressed by what is basically a stamped piece of sheet metal, but some of the best products are so good because of their simplicity. I believe Builtright has achieved an elegantly simple and attractive design that performs well. Not much else of what's available in the aftermarket-sphere for Ford pickups can measure up that way, in my opinion. I'll be ordering more mounts to complete my project soon.

So, if you're interested but a little afraid of the commitment I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. I'm not being paid to post this. I'm just happy to finally find a solid product for my money. Plus, it's manufactured in the US; bonus Patriot points!

Matt, if you're "listening", don't stop designing innovative accessories for Ford trucks! Build on what you have already, do it with the same integrity, and you'll capture the whole market. And, thank you.

Sincerely,

John

John,

I'm sorry that I didn't see this sooner, but thank you all the same! Your feedback here is exactly what we strive for and is the type of experience that the business was founded on. I'd consider anything less a failure.

Your support and kind words are very much appreciated. Cheers,

Matt
