I too found this product via YouTube while trying to figure out how to access the latch behind that back seat on my truck. Mine did have a strap but it was so short I had a hard time grabbing it. Anyways, after watching the BuiltRight video it was a no brainer ordering the kit.
Great product and easy to install. Only problem I have with it is I didn't invent myself.

I ordered a pair of rear seat release kits for my truck, directly from the BuiltRight Industries site.

It was slightly less expensive to do business directly with Matt rather than using Amazon, and the shipping was super fast, so there's a win right there.

Everything needed to install was included, and it only took a couple of minutes to put both kits in place. The product quality is excellent, and they look nice too. Certainly nicer looking than it would have been if I'd DIY'd it, and I'm happy to support someone who's creating niche parts for our trucks at a reasonable price.

I love having easy access to the space behind the rear seat backs. Thanks, BuiltRight!

Smile Builtright seat release

Excellent product! 20 minute install. Took me 10 minutes just to get the damn seat backs down to install them.

Excellent product and service. Purchased the rear seat release and the bed organizer kits to mount my shovel/axe and fire extinguisher. Love the build quality and the versatility of it. Also a breeze to install. Less than 30 minutes to install all of it and completely reversible, etc. Using existing holes and hardware made it so simple/easy all around. Can't say enough great things about these products

Got the backseat strap, makes life easier. On a side note, WTF was Ford thinking back there. The backseat user-friendliness is a joke. Even just lifting the bottom part it takes like 5 min it hit the sweet spot to latch it back down again. Overall worse design even.

as an engineer in the automotive industry myself, my co-worker and i had a good couple pokes at the ford engineer's on this design too. I will be reaching out to a family member who works there to poke them on the design soon

Thanks for all of the great feedback folks! We've worked hard to provide the experiences that you've had and I'm thrilled to hear that our efforts have been received well.

Excited to continue developing unique solutions to shortcomings of these trucks, large and small.

Cheers!
