Do LEDs project light very far?

If I buy those 25 led lights would those help? The ones that are in the rough shape of a bulb.

The ones I have in my doors, project light all the way past my rear bumper. (extended cab, 6.5' bed or whatever it is. Anyways, that's like 9 feet total.

I personally like the superflux LEDs from Oznium.com. Never tried the others

Nice, they may work for me then. I do plan on using the superflux from Oznium on the interior of my truck. But I also want to upgrade the tail lights if possible. I also want to upgrade the ones on the back of my cab above my bed. That may help too.

edit: these are the leds I am talking about (posted in this thread, it's where I saw em).

Ahh ok. I'd love to do an external LED swap.

You know the other thing I LOVE about LED's?

I left my interior lights on overnight, the other evening and there was no problem the next day. I don't have to worry about my batteries going dead.

That is a big bonus. Whenever I get back to work (broken collarbone) interior lights are on my to do list. I hadn't even thought of it until I saw this thread.
