Mine does. U pretty much have to bypass the parking brake with either a relay or toggle switch.

I have a pioneer avh-p1400dvd it has a green wire which I didn't hook up. How do you run a relay or switch

I have the pioneer avhp 8400 and simplest way I have mine is get some speaker wire and ground it to metal somewhere and run it to the negative side of the toggle switch and the green one to the positive and you should be good to go I've had mine like that for about 3 years and have never had a problem

I ran it to a relay and works like a charm
