on some of my other cars and trucks ive had to upgrade my altenator... without paying a high price for a aftermarket alt.. i always tried and find an alt off an police car..or ambulance.. they come from the factory with the higher output alts.. figured id let you in on that secret my dad showed me.. thats what i did on an old caprice, crown vic i had... and got an alt on my f250 from an ambulance.....

Ive also read alot on the big 3.... and this is the correct way to do it as hes telling you... alot of people dont do the ground wires.. they just do the altenator wires..gotta do the grounds too....... you cannot have to many grounds

Oh, yeah, are you just adding wire? You don't remove the old, factory grounds and alternator wires, do you?
Page looks good gimme some details about your mechanical fan delete. What did you add? Does it use a thermostat AND kick on with the A/C compressor? Do you need a shroud? How much did that affect your MPG's?
