This is good info -- I just bought a 2011 Lariat. The only thing it does NOT have is the OEM brake controller. I plan on installing it asap -- hopefully the dealer can flash the computer (whatever that procedure involves).

And FWIW, the part number for my 2011 F150 was: BL3Z-19H332-AA. I'll post back to update how it goes!

Blueovelboy's instructions were spot on and I installed my after factory TBC in about 15 minutes; and having the module flashed by the dealer took about 20 mins. I would only add that I purchased my TBC from a Ford Dealer on Ebay who sells online. It was Fairway Ford and their Ebay name is; fairforme. The cost was approx $60 less than the dealer. They have alot of other parts also and shipping was free. Buying the part from them, installing it myself and having it flashed saved me approx $80 vice having the dealer do it all. Thx again for great instructions.
