hey guys ive got a 03 hd screw with 5.4 sc keeps throwing bank 1 & 2 lean code will this maybe fix it

Probably not, that is related to the air fuel mixture. Check for a vacum leak after the MAF, unplugged PCV valve, or other vacum leak.

Since there is no requirement for emission test in Oklahoma, I could have a nice exhaust system but that's one thing I learned a long time ago not to jack with.

I did this mod on my turbo VW after putting on a 3" down pipe no cat and 3" exhaust. No CEL.

any graphs showin that this causes a power LOSS or a slight increase in power? im thinking mine are clogged anyway and if it doesnt cause a power loss, ill just remove them.

Just to clear this up, this is not a back pressure thing. You have to understand what the o2 sensor does. It adjusts fuel to air mixture to ensure the cats are working and good fuel economy. When you delete cats or o2 sensors for that matter, you computer will know something is off and run a stock air fuel mixture. Say hello to crappy fuel mileage. It will err on the side of caution and run rich.
