My 2009 does about 18.2 mpg according to the dash readings. The most I ever got was 18.3 mpg. This is a pretty even mix of city/highway driving at 50/50. I tend to granny it a bit during to and from work.
The lowest I ever got was 16.7mpg. During highway in a rush... around 75 mph.
I also have noticed when using the 50/50 blend from Motor Craft oil from the dealership. My mileage has dropped by 1 mpg. I just requested to go full synthetic, my mileage has increased back to same mpg as when I first bought it. It seems that the previous owner took care of her with the good stuff!

Yes. Most of the time I get the higher average of the range stated on the window sticker.
(If I can keep my foot out of it of course.)
