2012 Screw XLT 4x4, 3.5L Eco, 3.73, build date of January 17, 2012, delivered to dealer on February 29, 2012. Currently sitting at Ford dealership now for the 9th time w/ 71428.2 miles on it. The 2009 5.4L Lariat I traded in had 204,161 miles on it at the time - and this raggedy E-boost has already been in the shop 2 more times that the 09 was the entire time I had it. My trucks are my office as I am a crop consultant for farmers down in the MS Delta, i average around 200 miles a day 6 days a week during March to October. I always run my trucks 3 years then trade at end of 3rd b/c the way I got my tax right off stuff set up. And they always have around 190 - 210k miles on them at time of trade. This e-boost is barely a year old, but I am going to give it one more chance. I hate swapping trucks in the middle of growing season, but it this truck can't make it through the summer w/o breaking down another time, i'm going to get a 6.2. Glad some of you have had great luck, however I wouldnt sell this truck to my worst enemy.

Post like this help me narrow down which engine will be in my new FX4...I'm thinking 6.2 for sure now.
I'll give the EB another few years to get more "bullet proof" before I go that route.
