I Made 365hp and 413tq@4000rpm in 100* Vegas weather. Dyno drum brake wasn't working so we couldn't load it up at 2500rpm where it makes all the power.

For reference, held off a ls3 topend gto off til 90 twice, car makes 465/430. Trotted away from a typhoon from a roll, beat a built 4v gt with stall.

Dam u THIS is what i was talking about....... very nice!

Beating a typhoon is very cool but you have me wondering about the LS3 gto...... come on..... M6 or auto?

Also which tune did you have loaded when you laid out these beatings and which tune was loaded when you made 365? And finally how long did you have to wait for these tunes to be emailed back and forth? sorry had to

either way thats awesome........ truck is moving out for sure........ any vids of any of this?

Gto is 6spd. I put the references in because our dynos and track numbers look very bad on paper compared to other parts of the country. You can run correction calcs and all that jazz but its never right

Absolutely on 100. The run against the typhoon was last night on a modified tow tune on 91

This is interesting , I never thought we were making more power then others . I was just happy to be in the ballpark with guys like jcain.
I know He is using the Livernois tune up so I figured if we are in the ballpark we must be doing something right .

Now if we want to get I little technical Im in Miami were its HOT and Humid as hell one of the WORST places to make power , especially when your at the track and just standing around at 8pm your sweating .

All our Dyno pulls have been on straight 93 Octane pump gas , and we are using a Superchips Tune . The most boost I have seen is 17 . On a long 3rd gear street pull I see 16 to 17 psi's .
We are just trying to figure out the combination that works best for us . In all fairness I have a MAK Offroad Y-pipe that although I dont see more boost we believe its obviously helping free up power and come in sooner .
So my set up works good we are happy with the results so far .
Oh I just installed the AFE Stage 2 intake , so we will throw it back on the dyno and this time will brake boost a little before the pull see if we see any changes .
As far as the track goes the air quality down here in Miami sucks too damn humid the tune pulls timing out b/c of inlet air temps , Im sure in the winter when it gets back to the low 70s and 60s she should pick up another mph or two.

As far as dyno numbers go there just dyno numbers , the track is what counts .
If we were to figure out Dynojet numbers they would be like 410 rwhp and 469 rwtq.

Everyone is beginning to really have fun with these trucks and small changes can make big differences.

My Goal is to make 400 on the Mustang Dyno so lets see what happens from now to then .

Wouldn't 413tq@4000rpm equal to 314hp unless what your specifying is peak numbers at different rpms?

Obviously HP and TQ peaks are going to happen at different rpms?? Not sure what you mean by the above?
