When did you flush your transmission?
I have a 2011 F-150 XLT S.Crew 5.0L 4WD, Automatic Transmission, over 65k miles. 2nd owner, purchased with 33k miles in 2015. Thinking about flushing the tranny, new filter. I don't tow. When did you all flush yours -> how many miles, year, model?

Manual says lifetime fill or under severe duty to change it out at 150k (if I remember correctly).
Lots of guys have changed it regardless. Its really up to you.

I did my initial service at 30K and plan to do follow up services every 60K. I've had quite a few customers come in with restricted filters, leaking filter o-rings, delayed engagement, shifting issues, or external leaks up around 75K and they've all been thrilled by the difference they've felt after the service (fluid and filter).
I've also had customers ignore leaks and other problems for years and by the time they finally decided to do something everything still worked out ok so I can't really say they were worse off for waiting but it's not something I'd encourage.
2014 5.0 flushed at 30K after about 2.75 years.

Just did drain/fill with new filter and bulkhead connector at 50K miles. Old fluid was dark and magnet had lots of material. I did it as my tranny started to downshift randomly. So far it is shifting better than it ever has.

DId the Drain/fill with new filter also at 42K, not hard to do and truck shifts great. I ordered everything from amazon including a pump to get the motor craft fluid in.

Around 80K, pulled the pan, replaced the filter as well did the rear differential. Everything looked fine, the trans fluid still looked like it was in good shape, didn't smell burned or looked dirty.
