what would cause a 2012 F-150 5.0 L to surge under load?
I replaced my spark plugs a week ago and now I am noticing that when under load going up a slight hill at 60 MPH and 2000 RPM, I can feel a slight surge/power loss. It maintains speed and I haven't seen the tach move any but you can feel and hear it slightly. Its a 2012 F-150 5.0 L with 111000 miles

Possible causes, inexpen$ive, easy fixes ......
- dirty/plugged air filter.
- dirty/contaminated MAF.
- condensation in fuel due to routinely leaving the gas tank less than ½ full.
- low octance and/or winter-blend fuel.
