I understand your frustration. But please try and be patient. The computer was fixed but his i-cloud for backups of everyones files did not work as advertised. Everyone had to resubmit all the tunes they got from shawn. He needs to build the files back up and he is working on T5. You want the best and he will get you the best. You want T5 not T4 I am sure. Plus Shawn tunes way more vehicles than our F150's. Plus with the computer issues and the file issues he is backed up as business is booming. You wont b dissapointed. Plus he does have an life outside us! LOL

I can't say for sure but I bet your getting the new T5 when its ready. Rather than making you a T4 tune now and then a T5 in a few days he's just gonna get you the first-time. I know its frustrating. You payed money and would like your product. It will come. I payed for a Bell CAC in Novemeber and production hasn't started yet. Im waiting because I know when its ready it will be ready and not rushed and half added.

Have you opened a thread in the customer service section?

Just make sure you have all the needed info. when you email.

With his computer problems and now the T5 being sent out I'm sure he is rather busy.

I understand all that.. but the least he can do is send a quick email or phone call to his paying customer with an update on the situation. I received an automated email from southern speed saying that my order was complete. It is definately not complete because i still dont have a tune!

So i have to join another forum to get an update on my order?? I shouldnt have to work this hard to get something i paid money for.
